When we replace blades, we use an abrasive resistant steel.
Most pneumatic conveyance fans have 1/4-inch blades, but we commonly use ½-inch steel blade replacements.

After reblading the blastwheel, we use a dynamic balancer
The dynamic balancer can handle up to 2,000lbs with a tip-to-tip of 56 inch diameter.
Outside of these parameters, we would preform a a static balance
